Return & Refund Policy

BlocksUltra provides digital design assets such as CAD blocks, 3D models, vector packs, and graphic templates. All products are delivered as instant digital downloads and are not physical goods.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Once an order is completed and the files have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds in most cases.

2. Limited Exceptions

In rare cases, we may review a refund request under the following situations:

  • File corruption or technical issue: The downloaded asset is corrupted or cannot be opened in its native software, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after troubleshooting.
  • Duplicate purchase: A duplicate order was accidentally placed for the same product on the same account.

If we determine that your situation meets one of the exceptions above, we may offer a replacement download or a full refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product or expected features not listed in the product description.
  • You no longer need the files or found an alternative resource.
  • You cannot open or use the files because incompatible software is being used.
  • You did not follow instructions included in the product documentation.

4. Exchanges

Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different asset, please review our library and place a new order for the correct item.
