Welcome to BlocksUltra, a digital design asset marketplace operated by BlocksUltra LLC. By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product (“Item”) from our website, you agree to these License Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1) Overview

All digital assets available on BlocksUltra.com are licensed, not sold. These License Terms outline how you may use Items, what is allowed, and what is restricted. Each purchased download is licensed to one individual user or one organization per order and may be used for commercial or personal projects under the terms below.

2) License Grant

Upon purchase, BlocksUltra grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and revocable license to use the Item as follows:

  • Use in unlimited personal or client projects while complying with these Terms.
  • Incorporate the Item into End Products (e.g., graphics, presentations, visualizations, UI).
  • Modify, resize, or combine Items with other elements to create new compositions.
  • Create multiple copies of an End Product for distribution (digital or print).

This license does not transfer ownership. All rights remain with BlocksUltra and/or the original author.

3) Permitted Uses

  • Commercial use in client work, branding, marketing, social media, websites, ads, and print where the Item is part of a larger design.
  • Use in paid advertisements and promotional materials, provided the Item is not the primary value.
  • Internal company use (presentations, pitch decks, mockups, documentation).
  • Reasonable backups for your own archival purposes.

4) Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  1. Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Item, whether original or modified, including as stock, templates, or source files.
  2. Offer the Item in on-demand, “build-it-yourself,” or template-generator apps where end users can extract or customize the Item directly.
  3. Use the Item where the primary value of the product is the Item itself (e.g., selling a poster or wallpaper that is essentially the Item).
  4. Upload Items to AI training datasets, NFT platforms, or any blockchain-based distribution.
  5. Claim trademark/service mark rights over the Item itself (logo/mark registration using the Item is not allowed).
  6. Share, sublicense, or transfer the license to third parties outside your organization.
  7. Use Items in illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or hateful content, or in a way that suggests a person’s endorsement where none exists.

5) Single-Use & End Product

Each Item license covers one End Product. An End Product is a work that incorporates the Item into a larger, original design where the Item is not the main value (e.g., a designed poster, presentation, or interior visualization). To reuse the same Item for a different End Product or a new client, please purchase an additional license.

6) Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Items (artwork, source files, previews, and metadata) are owned by BlocksUltra LLC or the respective creators. You obtain license rights only—not copyright or ownership. Unauthorized distribution or misrepresentation of ownership may result in legal action.

7) Attribution & Third-Party Materials

  • Attribution is not required but appreciated where feasible.
  • Some Items may include components under third-party or open-source licenses (e.g., Creative Commons, GPL). Such components are governed by their original licenses, which will be identified in the Item’s documentation or download package.

8) Refund & Access Policy

Because all Items are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except when:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened in its native format, and we cannot resolve the issue after support; or
  • A duplicate purchase was made on the same account.

You retain lifetime access to purchased Items so long as your BlocksUltra account remains active.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate any license if these Terms are violated, if Items are used fraudulently, or if redistribution/infringement occurs. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use and remove the Item from any active or distributed End Products.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlocksUltra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or opportunities). Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Item in dispute.

11) Amendments

We may update these License Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12) Governing Law

These License Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts within the United States.
