All transactions are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.

We’ll grant a full refund if the downloaded asset is corrupted or cannot be opened in its native software, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

A refund will also be issued if a duplicate purchase is made on the same account.

After purchase you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page and in your email.

You can also access files anytime from your account’s order history.

If the files don’t appear, please check your spam folder or wait a few minutes — downloads are typically delivered instantly.

We provide formats noted on each product page, such as AI, PSD, DWG, SKP, PNG, and JPG. Please check the “Formats Included” list before purchase.

If you need another format, contact us and we’ll try to help.

You may modify files for use in your own projects or client work.

You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original files or close derivatives as standalone assets or within competing libraries.

One purchase equals one seat. For teams, please purchase the appropriate number of seats or contact us for a team license.
